We live in the foothills of Placer County (Colfax) and Marissa was on top of and ordered all the inspections needed ( well, septic, fire etc.) early in the process. This proved to be so valuable since we had a 17 day escrow that closed for full price without any problems or delays. Marissa listed and sold our condo in Sacramento. She is very good at her job. This transaction was clouded by a negative remark in one of the inspections and she skillfully negotiated with the buyer to keep the purchase alive. An added complexity to this escrow was i elected to owner finance the sale. Marissa used her resources to examine the credit worthiness of the buyer. She called all the references, ran the case by one of her trusted lenders leaving me with confidence that all was done to know the person I was lending to. We handed Marissa a three way real estate transaction that was quite tricky and time sensitive. Multi-family home buyer closed Mar ’23 Where do I start? Marissa has been amazing throughout our home buying process! I reached out to Marissa as she was the contact listed on a house my husband and I were interested in viewing. That house ended up not being the one but once she knew what we were looking for, the search was on! It did not take long for exactly what we were looking for to come on the market and we promptly put in an offer. She worked very hard and advocated to get us the most fair price we could on our fixer upper.
